Shopping with Goo Goo Organics

Goo Goo Organics is a leading online retailer specialising in Organic and Natural skincare products for babies, children and mothers to be. At Goo Goo Organics standard post and packaging is always kept to a minmum for UK purchases and we try to keep our European postage rates as low as we can.

Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours by First Class Mail and delivery usually then takes 3-5 working days. We have designed our site to be as simple to use as possible and on this page we provide some simple tips on how to search, browse and purchase. We hope you enjoy your visit!

Searching

  • Keep it simple
    Best results are often obtained if you enter just one or two key words from the title of a product or category. Try using the least common words. (Don't use words like 'the', 'and', 'a', etc. which will produce many results.)
  • Don't worry about punctuation
    Adding punctuation is not necessary when searching. The Goo Goo Organics search engine will reveal the same results 'proper punctuation' or not.
  • Try a different search category
    If you can't find a product by title try searching by category instead.

Browsing

Searching is not the only way to find what your looking for - browsing the site is also an option. The main areas of the site are shown at the top of every page in the navigation bar; simply click the tabs to move between different product areas. Once you have chosen a product area, you can then choose a more specific category by clicking one of the options in the 'product detail' page.

Purchasing

Making a purchase at Goo Goo Organics is easy and secure.

  • Choosing an item
    When you find an item you want to purchase, click the add to basket button. The item will be added to your 'Shopping Cart' this is found on the navigation bar underneath the banner at the top of each page.
  • Paying for your item
    when you are ready to buy, click the 'Checkout' button in the Shopping Cart.
  • Creating an account
    The first time you make a purchase with us you will need to register and create an account. The account will store your name and address. This only takes a couple of minutes to set up and is fully secure.
  • Confirming your item and payment
    During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the delivery address and show you the total cost of your purchase. Once you have checked these details and clicked 'Confirm' you will be redirected to our secure payments page to enter your payment details.

Delivery Policy

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.

Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of an item.

Our returns procedure

  • Packing the item
    Wrap the item securely and include the fully completed return slip found at the bottom of your shipping note. We will not be able to process refunds if the returns slip is missing or incomplete.
  • Return address

  • Replacement or refund
    We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.

Returning an unwanted item

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

  • We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
  • We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
  • We will not be able to process refunds if the returns slip is missing or incomplete.

I would like to return an item

We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:

Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.

Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.

Unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

  • We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.

I have not received my order

There are several reasons why an item you ordered may not have been received:

Item posted but not yet received
Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days (from date of posting), but we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace lost items.

Item not yet available (pre-order)
If you have pre-ordered an item (for instance if you have ordered a DVD prior to its release date) we will hold your order and dispatch the item to you as soon as stock is available. Your card is not charged until the order is processed and packed.

Item temporarily out of stock
If an item goes out of stock and we expect to receive new stock within a reasonable time we will hold your order and dispatch the item to you as soon as stock is available. Your card is not charged until the order is processed and packed.

Item unavailable
If an item becomes unavailable (which means we are unexpectedly unable to fulfil you order and are unlikely to receive new stock within a reasonable time) we will email you to let you know and automatically refund your card.

Account declined (payment not processed)
If we cannot process payment for any reason, we will email you to let you know and ask you to access your account and update your card or bank details as necessary.

My account has been declined

There are several reasons why your account may have been declined:

We need to verify your credit/debit card

  • We may ask you to re-enter your credit or debit card number if we have been unable to verify your account.
  • For some larger orders we may need you to confirm the CV2 security number on your credit or debit card before we can process your order.

We need to verify your address

  • We may ask you to re-enter your address details if we have been unable to verify your credit or debit card account.
  • Under some circumstances we may need you to provide printed confirmation of your address by supplying a copy of your bank statement by fax or email.

We do not accept your payment card
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo, American Express, Dinners Club and Electron. Unfortunately we do not currently accept any other credit, debit or online payment cards

We have been unable to take payment from your bank
If your bank has declined our request for payment then you will need to contact your bank directly.

I cannot access my account

If you cannot access your account try signing in again, being careful to check your email address and password as you type them.

I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password we will send your password to the email address you used when you registered your account with us.

I believe my email address and password are correct
